VP SOUTHWEST REGION

As Vice President of the Southwest Region, Cole is responsible for the sourcing, development, and acquisition of commercial properties in the Southwest region with a focus on multifamily.

Cole formerly served as Development Manager for the Southwest division of Lennar Multifamily Communities ("LMC"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lennar Corporation and was responsible for overseeing approximately 1,900 multifamily units.  Prior to joining LMC, Cole held positions at CBRE and Jevan Capital PLLC, a fully integrated opportunistic multifamily investment firm. Collectively, across investment sales, acquisitions, and development, Cole has been involved in transactions exceeding $1.5 billion throughout his career.

Cole is a graduate of Arizona State University, holding a B.S. in Business Management. Prior to ASU, he attended Drexel University in Philadelphia, where he pursued studies in International Business. During his time at Drexel, Cole was on the men's varsity lacrosse program, playing as a two-way midfielder. His family currently resides in Jupiter Florida, and he enjoys weight training and fishing in his spare time.
