As Associate, Paddy is involved in all aspects of i3’s development and asset management teams with a specific focus on pre-development and operations. Paddy joined i3 in 2024 after pursuing a career in professional football with the NFL and USFL. Prior to the pros, Paddy was a 3x collegiate team captain earning both athletic and academic honors.

​Paddy graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in Organizational Studies and a multi-disciplinary graduate certificate in Business. He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in the state of Texas. In his free time, Paddy enjoys coaching football, spending time with his family, and outdoor activities.
